Born at a very early age, I quickly overcame incontinence and language issues in time to attend primary school. Building on these early successes I learned to read, write and execute mathematical calculations. My life of learning continued at secondary school and finally took me to The British School of Osteopathy.

Along the way I’ve raised three children all successfully to adulthood. My wife and I will reward ourselves for this 100% success rate soon by running away to a sunlit beach in a foreign land for a week or two, and be very smug about how proud we are of all three.

I’ve survived two years in New Zealand, the sudden destruction of my favourite car and more significantly, many attempts to hit a small white ball several hundred yards into a not-much-larger hole in a much larger blue/green ball with instruments seemingly designed specifically to frustrate that effort. I’ve also survived some years away from osteopathy in public health and caring privately in my home. After all that, I was very pleased to get back into clinical practice, doing the best job in the world.

I trained as an osteopath at The British School of Osteopathy graduating in 1998. Since then apart from a short break to work in public health, I've run my own clinics in Thame and Princes Risborough, and been an associate at practices in Wallingford, Bicester and Hillingdon. All this was punctuated with teaching Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University and a couple of years at a clinic in New Zealand. More recently I've spent six years at The Orchard Clinic in Amersham until establishing The Foxholt Clinic in 2023

To find out a little more about me, take a look at my LinkedIntwitter or instagram (if you do that sort of thing). But I haven't updated them for some time, and I'm perpetually on the edge of walking away from social media completely! But aren't we all?
